博士學位候選人資格考
Doctoral Degree Candidate Qualification Examination

1. 據博士學位候選人資格考實施要點，博士班學生需於就學第二年結束前提出第一次資格考申請，且需於就學第三年結束前通過資格考。
   According to the regulations for the Doctoral Degree Candidate Qualification Examination, doctoral students are required to submit their first qualification examination application by the end of their second year of study and must pass the qualification examination by the end of their third year of study.
   
   申請學位候選人資格考:
   Application for the Doctoral Degree Candidate Qualification Examination:
   1. 研究計畫摘要 （格式：Introduction 及 Specific aim，英文書寫至多三頁）*範本參考附件*
      Research project summary (Format: Introduction and specific aim, up to three pages in English) *Refer to the attached template*
   2. 資格考申請表
      Qualification examination application form
   3. 兩次 rotation 報告
      Two rotation reports
   4. 研究計畫書(口試一週前)
      Research project proposal (to be submitted one week before the oral examination)
   5. 口試評分紀錄表-1 (共一份)
      Oral examination score record form-1 (one copy)
   6. 口試評分紀錄表-2 (所有委員各一份)
      Oral examination score record form-2 (one copy for each committee member)
2. 資格考申請時間:上學期為11月30日前，下學期為4月30日前。
   Application deadlines: Before November 30th for the first semester, and before April 30th for the second semester.
